Dear Soul friend,

We are reaching out to you to be one of 5 participants to join us on a “Loving Awareness” retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica. March 23-30, 2022. You can see the beautiful private home we will be staying in at the link above. We will be hosted by Holly’s dear friends Grace and Chuck Scott. The ocean view home has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and lots of community space both in and outside of the house. The retreat cost will only be $1500 as 4 of our 5 participants will share a very large room with a lovely large bathroom. It has 1 King size bed and 2 singles. Perfect for a group of friends or meeting new ones. That is the room we have left to fill. We are choosing a Wednesday to Wednesday as airfare is much less with a direct flight on Sun Country from Minneapolis.

Besides a yummy morning and sunset yogic experience with us, you will receive 4 dinners and 7 brunches all by our Vegan chefs. We will dine out at two destination restaurants in Nosara (both with spectacular views) and one in town. All the food is local and fresh!

Chuck and Grace will arrange our Covid test to get back into the U.S. That cost is approximately $120.

Transport from Liberia, Costa Rica depends on how many of us arrive and leave at about the same time. It’s a 2 ½ hour drive to paradise. 2 people in a cab is $75 each. It will be less expensive the more people can carpool or we can get a van. Our host will assist in scheduling this travel.

There will be an artisan flea market on Tuesday (not to miss). Other options for your enjoyment are a sunset cruise (Holly saw two whales and many dolphins swam playfully around the boat last March. It was titillating to say the least). We can go to a sound bath or have an on-sight Cacao Ceremony. There is boutique shopping in town and of course more delicious restaurants and bars. There’s surfing, zip lining, horseback riding, massages, boogie boarding, walking on and playing in the amazing beach or you can relax and hang at our private ocean view pool. All are walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride accept the cruise. You can rent an ATV or bike for the week if desired. Nosara is special!

Private sessions of Reiki, Ohmassage and Thai yoga massage will be offered by both of us throughout the retreat at your convenience to help you embrace self-care in the deep healing blue zone of Nosara.
